• Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Game Designers, and other team members to conceptualize and develop visual design for vehicles, tracks, landscapes, and other game assets.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from the Art Director, Game designers, and other stakeholders.

• Research and gather reference materials, including real-world vehicles, locations, and racing events, to ensure authenticity and accuracy in the game’s visual representation.

• Generate sketches, mood boards, and color studies exploring different artistic directions.

• At least 2+ years industry AA or AAA game experience as a Concept Artist.

• Portfolio demonstrating artistic and conceptual skills.

• Strong understanding of fundamental art principles such as composition, perspective, color theory and lighting.

• Proficiency in digital art softwares (Adobe Photoshop or equivalent).

• Passion for racing games and a deep appreciation for automotive design, including familiarity with different vehicle types, brands and racing disciplines.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Has an organized and structured approach to your work tasks.

• Eager to explore new tools and broaden your knowledge in the field.

• Fluent in English.
